On March 3, President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan had a meeting with the staff of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, headed by minister Hayk Khanumyan.
The socio-economic situation in the country in the aftermath of the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against the Republic of Artsakh on September 27, 2020, the ways of overcoming it and the ministry's role within the context were discussed at the meeting.
Arayik Harutyunyan also touched upon the political situation, specifying that ensuring peace and international recognition of the independence are on the foreign policy agenda of the Republic of Artsakh.
