On 10 December President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan received members of the Board of the "Union of Artsakh Reservist Officers" NGO, headed by its chairman Karmen Aslanyan.
President Harutyunyan expressed gratitude to the members of the Union for active participation to the war unleashed by Azerbaijan on 27 September and involvement in overcoming the problems of the post-war period.
Issues of demobilized and reservist officers were discussed during the meeting.
