On December 2, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan partook in the event on the occasion of the 125th birthday anniversary of prominent military commander of Armenian origin, twice hero of the USSR, Marshal Hovhannes Baghramyan and paiod tribute to his memory.
The Head of the State laid flowers at the pedestal of the monument of the famous military leader in the street named after him in Stepanakert.
The President was accompanied by Head of the President's Office Karen Shahramanyan, Secretary of the Security Council Vitali Balasanyan, heads of law enforcement structures.
