On November 18, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan participated in the opening ceremony of the "Public Leadership" course organized for high-ranking officials of the Artsakh Republic by "Matena" International School of Leadership and Professional Development.
In his welcoming speech, the Head of State noted that the topics on the agenda are urgent and relevant for our country.
"Today we are facing serious challenges conditioned by complex and difficult geopolitical conditions, which our neighbours are trying to take advantage of, putting us in front of new threats, various security-related, humanitarian, and socio-economic problems.
In order to overcome those challenges successfully and efficiently solve existing issues, there is an acute need for the consolidation of the pan-Armenian potential, involvement of various professional, political, social circles, and all capable forces from Mother Armenia, Artsakh and the Diaspora in that process," President Harutyunyan noted.
According to the President, in the current situation, one should rely on one's own strength, be able to promote and protect the state and national interest, being confident that a lot depends exclusively on us. Within that context, he highlighted the need for effective management of the state and underscored the reforms being stipulated in all areas.
