On April 8 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan met with the relatives of Igor Muradyan and Vigen Shirinyan, Heroes of Artsakh and handed them the "Golden Eagle" order.
Igor Muradyan and Vigen Shirinyan were awarded the highest state award of the Republic of Artsakh for their significant contribution to the Artsakh National Liberation Movement and services rendered to the Homeland.
Arayik Harutyunyan noted that during the Artsakh movement, the Armenian people both scored cherished victories, and had tough times; however they continued their struggle for the sake of building a secure future.
The President stressed that today we are committed as ever to the ideas and values of the Movement, and no effort will be spared to achieve our national goals.
