On December 4 President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan visited a number of construction sites in the capital and
gave new instructions on the terms of commissioning of these buildings.
The Head of the State pointed out that the republic's primary social task in the post-war period is the housing issue, and in the coming years the government will spare no effort to provide all the homeless people with apartments. Following the instructions of President Harutyunyan, the multi-storey buildings under construction in various parts of Stepanakert, comprising of about 300 apartments, will be commissioned by the first half of the next year due to the increase in labor force. The program will include some buildings and structures of administrative significance, which will be become residential buildings as a result of reconstruction.
As part of the working tour, the President also visited the "ArtsakhKat" CJSC, got acquainted with the conditions of the workshop, operating in full capacity, expressed gratitude to the staff for uninterrupted work during the difficult period of the war and providing the population with fresh dairy products.
During the tour, Arayik Harutyunyan was accompanied by Arsen Mikayelyan, Chairman of the Board of "ArmBusinessBank" CJSC, and Aram Sargsyan, Minister of Urban Development.
