On December 29, Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan approved the government's decision to dismiss Suren Galstyan from the position of chairman of the Artsakh Republic Cadastre and State Property Management Committee.
On the same day, President Harutyunyan signed decrees according to which Suren Galstyan was appointed Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Artsakh Republic, and Hrant Safaryan was appointed Minister of Agriculture of the Artsakh Republic.
Hrant Safaryan formerly held the position of the Director General of the Village and Agriculture Support Fund.
