President of the Republic of Artsakh appointed director and first deputy director of the NSS

On February 22, President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan signed decrees according to which Ashot Hakobjanyan was appointed director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh, and Ararat Melkumyan was appointed first deputy director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh.
