
On March 9 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received a group of residents of the occupied Hadrut region.
The issues of resettling the displaced residents of Hadrut region's villages in other settlements of Artsakh were discussed. According to the head of state, communities with comprehensive settlements are the focus of the Artsakh Republic authorities, and in some cases decisions may vary. Some communities already have a roadmap, and construction works are due in Noragyugh, Khnatsakh, Ivanyan villages of the Askeran region as soon as design work is completed.
During the meeting social issues were also discussed with Hadrut residents. Regarding the fate of the region, Arayik Harutyunyan noted that the political efforts aimed at restoring the territorial integrity of the Republic of Artsakh are among priority issues on the authorities' agenda.
