On 10 December President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan convened a working consultation with the participation of the ministers of Defense, Finance and Urban Development.
The Head of the State noted that the creation, reconstruction and operation of defense infrastructure are one of the priority issues, and timely allocation of appropriate amount of construction equipment and financial means for their solution is in the spotlight of the government.
After discussing the scope and schedule of the presented programs, the President gave a number of instructions. Special reference was made to the issue of solving the housing problems of the Armenian soldiers and reservists, left without shelter in the result of the occupation of the Armenian settlements by Azerbaijani forces.
