Karen Danielyan appointed հead of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President

On 25 May Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on appointing Karen Danielyan հead of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President, releasing him from the post of Deputy head of Office of the Artsakh Republic President, head of the State-Legal Department.
