Visit to the Stepanakert Memorial Complex in connection with the anniversary of the Sumgait pogroms
On 28 February in connection with the 31st anniversary of the Sumgait pogroms Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan accompanied by Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan and topofficials of the republic visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid flowers to the monument of the innocent victims.
