Sasoun Barseghyan appointed head of the Askeran regional administration
Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan approved the Government's decision on releasing Ashot Dadayan from the post of head of the Askeran regional administration. According to another decision of the Government approved by the Head of the State, Sasoun Barseghyan was appointed head of the Askeran regional administration.
