On August 7 President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on making an amendment to the provision 24 of the appendix to the Artsakh Republic President's decree of April 12, 2020 on «Declaring a term of emergency situation in the Republic of Artsakh».
According to the decree, upon the decision of the Commandant, exceptions from restrictions prescribed by this provision can be allowed, as well as qualifying an open air event as a public one with participation of other number of people can be defined.
