On August 31 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan the day before Artsakh Republic Day received a group of scientists and responsible officials of the construction sphere.
The President considered important their substantial contribution to elaborating and implementing in 2008-2012 the project of Stepanakert's constant and regular water supply system and decorated them with high state awards for the services shown to the Artsakh Republic.
Artsakh Republic Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Zhirayr Mirzoyan, Minister of Agriculture Ashot Bakshiyan, rector of the Shoushi Technological University Hovhannes Toqmajyan, Mayor of Stepanakert Davit Sargsyan and other officials were present at the meeting.
