President Arayik Harutyunyan received delegation of the international non-government organization "The Halo Trust"
On August 31 Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan received the delegation of the international non-government organization "The Halo Trust" headed by Chief of regional programs Nick Smart. The Head of the State congratulated the newly-appointed chief of the Artsakh program of the "The Halo Trust" Miles Hawthorn on the assumption of the new position wishing him success in realizing the organization's important mission in Artsakh. According to the President the organization's activity is of vital significance for Artsakh as it is evaluated not only by the size of demined territories but also the saved lives of numerous civilians who could have become accident victims if the program would'nt operate. Nick Smart expressed gratitude to the President for the warm welcome and the high level of cooperation between the structure and corressponding state bodies. Artsakh Republic Minister of Foreign Affairs Masis Mayilyan attended the meeting.
