On 4 September Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan received KT General Manager Karekin Odabashyan.
The Head of the State inquired about new investments of the company noting that they have an essential significance in developing communications and technologies. According to republic's President, increasing the mobile internet speed, as well as revising tariffs will not only change public moods but will also have a positive impact on increasing investment attractiveness of Artsakh.
Expressing gratitude for the warm welcome, Karekin Odabashyan noted that though installation process of the imported equipment has slowed because of the pandemic, nowadays the company continues the activities to the fullest extent. The General Manager informed that high-speed 3G connection is already at reach in the capital Stepanakert and town of Shoushi, in coming days it will be available in the rest of major settlements. Till the end of the year new 3G connection will cover the main intra-republican roads as well as interstate highways connecting Artsakh with Armenia.
Till 2022 service prices will substantially decrease: from 1 January the first significant revision will take place. According to the company's General Manager, from the new year new service packages will also be in place offering more affordable conditions to the subscribers.
