President Harutyunyan received head of the Operative Group of the Russian MES Igor Kutrovsky
On 11 December President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan received head of the Operative Group of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Igor Kutrovsky. Issues related to demining, restoration of infrastructure, as well as providing homeless citizens with housing were on the discussion agenda. Secretary of the Security Council Vitaly Balasanyan and Deputy Commander of the Defense Army Boris Davidov partook in the meeting.
