Meeting with member of the Board of Directors of the “Armenian Women's Welfare Association” Martha Mensoian
On 23 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received member of the Board of Directors of the "Armenian Women's Welfare Association" Martha Mensoian. Issues concerning the accomplishment of a number of social programs in Artsakh were on a discussion agenda. The President highlighted the cooperation with non-governmental organizations considering it useful in terms of successful implementation of various projects.
