President Harutyunyan signed a number of decrees

Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a number of decrees.
Major-general Michael Arzoumanyan has been released from the post of deputy commander of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army.
Colonel Stepan Gevorgyan has been released from the post of deputy commander of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army on moral and psychological support.
