President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received members of the Central Executive Board of the Armenian Relief Society, the chairwomen of Armenia and Artsakh Units and the person in charge of the ARF Artsakh Central Committee-ARS liaison. The meeting addressed the current and future programs to be implemented by the ARS in Artsakh, outlining the directions of cooperation with the authorities. President Harutyunyan expressed gratitude to the ARS representatives for standing by Artsakh especially in this difficult post-war period and for the assistance shown in resolving new problems that have arisen.
