On May 10 NKR President Bako Sahakyan met with the delegation of the Vladimir region of the Russian Federation headed by academician Victor Katushev, who the head of the region's Kolchugino district administration.
       The delegation was comprised of vice-president of the Vladimir State University, head of the regional inter-university innovation center, academician Vladimir Kechin, president of the "Adamand" business company union Hrachya Avagyan and head of the Armenian community of the Vladimir region district Kamo Gasparyan.
       A wide range of issues related to the prospects of investments projects in Artsakh as well as establishment of contacts between the Valdimir region and the Nagorno Karabagh Republic in economic, cultural and educational spheres were discussed during the meeting.
       The Head of the State expressed his satisfaction with the agreements on mutual cooperation between capital Stepanakert and the city of Kolchugino and Artsakh State and Vladimir State Universities calling it a solid basis for developing bilateral ties.
       Prime minister Ara Haroutyunyan, minister of finance and economic development ant mayor of capital Stepanakert partook in the meeting.
