On 12 July President B?�?�ko Sahakyan singed another decree forming the new composition of Commission on Amnesty under the President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic.

The composition of the Commission is the following:

Vardan Hakobyan, PhD, Chairman of the NKR Union of Writers, poet, writer of political essays, head of the Commission.

Arayik Lazaryan, head of the Legal desk of the Office of the NKR President, secretary of the Commission.

Sergey Movsisyan, a surgeon, head of the NKR Police Medical Service.

Gagik Zhamgaryan, head of the department on Personnel Affairs of the NKR Defense Army.

Albert Khachyan, first deputy to the head of the NKR National Security Service.

Andranik Hakobyan, deputy head of the NKR Police.

Father Minas Movsisyan, representative of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church (by consent).

Gagik Grigoryan, head of the NKR National Assembly's standing commission on state-legal issues.

Galya Arstamyan, head of the NKR Union of Relatives of Perished Freedom Fighters.
