On 11 July President Bako Sahakyan met a delegation of the ministry of health of the Republic of Armenia at headed by minister Harutyun Kushkyan. The President expressed satisfaction with the visit of the Armenian health ministry's delegation and noted that such visits would allow deepening and enlarging cooperation between the corresponding ministries in the two Armenian states, solve many issues by joint efforts, and make more effective the health system in the republic. According to Bako Sahakyan the results of cooperation in this filed is very much evident. Within this context President Sahakyan underlined the importance of elaborating a common doctrine between Artsakh and Armenia in the sphere of health protection.
       Harutyun Kushkyan in his turn assured the President that the Armenian doctors are ready to provide all necessary assistance to their Karabagh counterparts. During the meeting the President was introduced the project of a new republican hospital to be constructed in capital Stepanakert. President Sahakyan endorsed the project.   NKR health minister Armen Khachatryan was present at the meeting.
