Upon the decree of the NKR President Bako Sahakyan from June 17, 2008 composer, the author of the NKR National Anthem Armen Nassibyan was awarded the honorary title of Honored Art Worker of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic for great services in bringing up creative generation and creating valuable work in the sphere of arts. On 15 July head of the Office of the NKR President, Secretary of the Security Council Marat Mousaelyan, deputy minister of culture Vardges Baghryan, director of Stepanakert Musical College Karina Dadamyan visited the Honored Art Worker. The Head of the Office submitted to Mr.Nassibyan the certificate of the Honored Art Worker of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic, congratulated him and underlined the role of famous composer in cultural life of the republic.
