On 5 August President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan convoked a consultation with the participation of NKR premier, ministers of finance and municipal engineering, mayor of capital Stepanakert, heads of regional administrations. The Head of the State was introduced activities carried out in the republic within the last month. Special attention was given to the spheres of agriculture and construction. Bako Sahakyan expressed satisfaction with the high yield rates and underlined that steadily increasing the level of crop yield is an important component of developing agriculture in the country.
       The President underlined the importance of transfer infrastructure reconstructive activities in flood-ridden parts of the Martakert and Shahumyan regions into a qualitatively new level. President Sahakyan also noted that constructive activities should be synchronized with beautification, otherwise the process will be incomplete. Within this context Bako Sahakyan underlined important role to be played by Mass Media, especially by television.
