President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the results of consideration of pardon applications
On 23 October President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the results of consideration of pardon applications. According to the presidential decree 22 people were granted pardon. Six convicts were granted partial pardon. Pardon applications of 58 convicts were turned down due to the nature and gravity of the committed crimes.
