On 12 January NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Levon Tsatouryan member of the NKR Control Chamber (with six year term of office). On the same day the Head of the State signed laws "On the 2009 State Budget of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic" and "On Aviation".
