President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing members of the NKR Council of Justice

     On March 10 President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing head of the state-legal department of the Office of the President Araik Lazaryan and head of the legal department of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers lawyer members of the NKR Council of Justice.
