On 27 January President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing third class justice counselor of state Aramayis Avagyan deputy attorney general of the NKR, releasing him from the post of first deputy attorney general. According to another decree first class justice counselor of state Sevak Hakobyan was appointed deputy attorney general of the NKR. On the same day the Head of the State signed a decree appointing Alisa Parsegova member of the NKR Control Chamber's board with term of office till January 7, 2013
