On 7 May President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation on issues related to holding celebrations dedicated to Victory Holiday, the Day of the NKR Defense Army and the Liberation of Shoushi. NKR National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Ara Haroutyunyan, heads of defence ministry and law enforcement bodies, other officials partook at the consultation.
      The Head of the State was reported on celebrations program and process of preparatory works.
Bako Sahakyan gave appropriate instructions to hold all planned events efficiently and at the proper level. The President also underlined the importance of the well co-ordinated work and cooperation between all state structures.
