On April 24 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan, immediately after returning to Yerevan from abroad, visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial. He paid tribute to the memory of innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide by laying flowers at the memorial.
