On 2 October President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan met a group of participants of the "Issue of green plantations' design in southern cities" international conference at the head of academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Karlen Kocharyan.
     During the meeting with the representatives of Russia, Belarus and Armenia the Head of the State considered important organizing such an event in Stepanakert, nothing that in Artsakh much attention has been paid to the development and fundamental application of dendrology as well as to establishing and continuous deepening of contacts with other states in this sphere.
     NKR vice-premier Spartak Tevosyan, mayor of capital Stepanakert Vazgen Michaelyan, permanent representative of the NKR to the Russian Federation Albert Andryan and other officials partook at the meeting.
