On 7 October President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation on the implementation of the mortgage lending state assistance program within the period of the last nine months.
     Director general of the Artsakh Investment Fund Karen Yesayan presented a report on the implementation of the program.
    The President called successful organizational and analytical segments of the program, simultaneously pointing out the need to further enlarge the scope of explanatory and propagandistic ones.
In the judgment of Bako Sahakyan the procedures to get the mortgage credits and the scope of program should be lightened and enlarged, respectively. The President underlined that the participation of the state in the mortgage lending program, especially in paying off the interest rates would increase.
    The Head of the State noted that new impetus should be given to housing with main accent put on decreasing the time frame process and increasing the quality of the construction activities.
     NKR premier Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials partook at the consultation.
