On June 11 the NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on state awards.
       According to the decree on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Artsakh Television the Mesrop Mashtots order was awarded to Vardges Baghryan, Honored Journalist of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic, Eghishe Prize winner and Gregory Sighomonyan (posthumously), the first chairman of the former Nagorno Karabagh Autonomous District's Television and Radio Committee. The Vachagan Barepash medal was awarded to Narine Aghabalyan, a TV reporter, correspondent of the "Haylur" program of the Armenian Public Television and Benik Gharakhanyan, chief cameraman of the NKR Public TV and Radio Company. The Gratitude medal was awarded Melora Baghdasaryan (posthumously), a TV reporter, Garik Khachatryan (posthumously), a Radio and Television correspondent, Gregory Khachatryan (posthumously), an advisor to the executive director TV and Radio Company of the Republic of Armenia, Sergey Hambardzumyan (posthumously), a cameraman and Mushegh Papinyan (posthumously), an engineer from the TV and Radio Company of the Republic of Armenia.
       According to another Presidential decree on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Artsakh Television Norek Gasparyan and Marsel Petrosyan were awarded a title of Honored Journalist of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic.
