On 12 November President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed several decrees on awarding.
       For substantial input into the development of the NKR's economy the Mesrop Mashtots Order was awarded to Andrei Rappoport, chairman of the board of directors of the Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System open joint-stock company.
For services in the development of the NKR economy the Anania Shirakatsi medal was awarded to Karen Karapetyan, chairman of the board of directors and director general of the Armrusgazart closed joint-stock company.
      For substantial philanthropic activities the Gratitude medal was awarded to Mels Hakobyan, director general of the International Energy Corporation.
