President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing members of the NKR State Council on Statistics
On November 9 NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing members of the State Council on Statistics of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic. In accordance with the decree Irina Avanesyan and Ella Babouryan were appointed members of the council with a six year term in office.
