On 4 November President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on decoration.
For a 20-year patriotic activity members of the "Artsakh" expatriate charitable public organization Hrachik Adamyan, Kim Balayan, Leonid Hayrapetyan, Benik Haroutyunyan, Slavik Michaelyan, Slavik Manoukyan, Abik Samvelyan were awarded the "Gratitude" medal.
      On the same day President Sahakyan signed another decree on handing valuable gifts to a group of members of the "Artsakh" expatriate charitable public organization in connection with the 20th anniversary of the organization.
