President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on preliminary compensation of depreciate deposits of citizens in "Artsakh Bank"
On 23 January President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on preliminary compensation of depreciate since the year of 1993 deposits of NKR citizens in "Artsakh Bank" closed joint stock company. According to the decree the government of the republic is assigned to provide preliminary compensation to citizens born before the year of 1962 as well as to the perished during the defense of the NKR and to individuals of the first disability group.
