On 15 April President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation dedicated to the reopening of Stepanakert airport and ameliorating the capital's water supply.
       Delegation from the Republic of Armenia led by the heads of the Central Department of Civil Aviation under the Cabinet of Ministers of Armenia, Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction and the Union of Constructors.
       Four projects that have been chosen to be the best from preliminary contest were presented during the consultation. Bako Sahakyan noted that these projects would be thoroughly examined and the optimal one would be selected taking into consideration quality, time and financial factors.
       Touching upon the issue of ameliorating the water supply of the capital it was reported that projects work are in a  final state and in the coming two-three month they would be completed.
       NKR premier Ara Haroutyunyan and heads of corresponding structures partook at the consultation.
