On 27 October President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on terminating ahead of schedule the terms in office of the member of NKR Central Electoral Commission Seiran Hairapetyan upon his own request. According to another presidential decree Yeghishe Arzoumanyan was appointed member of the Central Electoral Commission and representative of the President in the commission.
