President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing first deputy head of the NKR Police
On 21 October President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Police colonel Andranik Hakobyan first deputy head of the NKR Police. Andranik Hakobyan was released from the post of deputy head of the NKR Police.
