Decree on the results of consideration of pardon applications.
On 6 May President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the results of consideration of pardon applications. According to the presidential decree 4 people were granted pardon. 8 convicts were granted partial pardon. Pardon applications of 36 convicts were turned down due to the gravity and degree of social danger of the committed crimes.
