On 28 February NKR President Bako Sahakyan met co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk group Matthew Bryza (USA), Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France) and accompanying them officials.
      A wide range of issues related to the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict settlement were discussed at the meeting.
Bako Sahakyan underlined without restoration of the full-fledged format of negotiations and direct participation of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic at all stages of the process it will be impossible to reach comprehensive settlement of the conflict.
    The co-chairs in their turn also stated that without consent and participation of Nagorno Karabagh and its people  it will be impossible to settle the conflict.
     The Head of the State touched upon anti-Armenian and militaristic rhetoric calling it one of the main obstacles on the way of the peaceful settlement process.
    NKR foreign minister Georgy Petrosyan and personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk partook at the talks.
