Vardan Barseghyan appointed adviser to the President of the Artsakh Republic
On 21 January President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing Vardan Barseghyan from the post of the Artsakh Republic deputy foreign minister. According to another presidential decree issued on the same day Vardan Barseghyan was appointed an adviser to the President of the Artsakh Republic.
