Chairman of the NKR First instance court conferred the title of Honored Lawyer

      On 28 December President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which chairman of the Artsakh Republic Court of the First instance Seyran Amiryan was conferred a title of the NKR Honored Lawyer for the long-term fruitful activity in law enforcement agencies, substantial input in strengthening law and order and in connection with his 65th birthday.
