On 25 April President Bako Sahakyan signed a law "On making changes to the procedures of coming into effect the NKR Legal Code", a law on making changes and amendments to the NKR Land Code, a law on making an amendment to the law "On Local Self-government", a law on making amendments to the law "On Legal Acts", a law on making an amendment to the law "On Organizing and Implementing Controls in the NKR", a law on making changes and amendments to the law "On State Regulation of Providing Technical Safety".
