On September 15 President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree releasing Eduard Atanesyan from the post of the first assistant of the NKR President upon his own request.
On the same day the President signed another decree according to which for contribution to the development of medicine and health care system in the Nagorno Karabagh Republic the "Gratitude" medal was awarded to the head of the urology department of the National Institute of Health Care of the Armenian ministry of health Ivan Aghajanyan.
