On 6 October President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan convoked a consultation dedicated to budgetary policy in 2010, volumes and structure of the next year's state budget.
      NKR vice-premier, finance minister Spartak Tevosyan delivered a corresponding report.
     The Head of the State underlined that the budgetary policy should be based on joint interest of the country, systemized work and cooperation between different state structures, efficient usage of resources, and lawfulness. Such an approach will allow maintaining paces of economic development and safeguarding steady development of the state.
     Top leadership of the republic and representatives of all branches of power partook at the consultation.
