On 12 March President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan chaired the meeting of the NKR Security Council dedicated to the realization of several planned arrangements in the spheres of army building and rescue service. NKR Defense Minister, commander of the Defense Army Movses Hakobyan and head of the NKR Rescue Service Arthur Haroutyunyan delivered corresponding reports on the issues of the agenda. The Head of the State noted the importance of proper approach and close cooperation between all concerned bodies for the proper realization of the set goals.
